The Company does not collect, store, or process full bank card details. All card payments are processed securely by UniPay, acting as an independent payment service provider.

4.4. Technical and Usage Data

  • IP address;

  • browser and device information;

  • website interaction data, including cookies (where applicable).

5. Legal Grounds for Processing

The Company processes personal data based on one or more of the following legal grounds:

  • performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract;

  • compliance with legal obligations under Georgian law;

6. Purposes of Data Processing

  • marketing and promotional activities, subject to consent;

  • improvement of services and website functionality.

7. Payments and UniPay Compliance

Online payments are processed through UniPay, which operates in accordance with applicable banking and data protection regulations. The Company:

  • does not store payment card numbers, CVV codes, or authentication data;

  • receives only limited transaction information necessary to confirm payment;

  • is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or errors caused by UniPay or the Client’s bank.

Clients are encouraged to review UniPay’s own privacy and security policies.

8. Disclosure of Personal Data

The Company may disclose personal data only where necessary and lawful, including to:

  • payment service providers (UniPay);

  • accommodation providers, transport operators, guides, or activity partners, where required to deliver booked services;

  • governmental or regulatory authorities, where legally required;

  • professional advisers bound by confidentiality obligations.

Personal data is never sold or commercially transferred to third parties.

 

9. International Data Transfers

Personal data is generally processed within Georgia. Where transfer outside Georgia is necessary (for example, when using international service providers), appropriate safeguards are implemented in accordance with Georgian law.
