"We Make People Fall in Love with Georgia" - Georgian Travel Corp.

Our Story

May 27, 2013. My first guest from Austria, on my first tour ever. Can't be too proud of that T-shirt though.
The Dream Team
Fulfilling my goals wouldn't have been possible without the remarkable people I discovered along my journey. Building a strong team has been one of the most challenging things I faced. From the very beginning, I knew, assembling a group of passionate, skilled, and knowledgeable professionals was essential to delivering exceptional travel experiences. I started searching for individuals who not only had expertise in tourism but also a deep love for Georgia and its culture. Most of our team members came from personal networks, recommended by trusted colleagues, where we sought guides, planners, and hospitality experts who demonstrated both technical skills and a genuine enthusiasm for storytelling and customer engagement. But what sets them apart is their ability to connect with travelers on a personal level. Whether it was an experienced guide with years of leading cultural tours or a young adventurer eager to share hidden gems of Georgia, each member brought something unique to the team.
Our Mission
At Georgian Travel Corp., our mission is to create unforgettable, immersive travel experiences that go beyond sightseeing. We believe that travel should foster connections, friendships, and a deep sense of belonging—whether you're sharing a traditional supra with locals, hiking through breathtaking landscapes, or uncovering the rich history of ancient towns.
We aim to showcase Georgia’s unparalleled beauty, culture, and hospitality to the world, putting it firmly on the international travel map. Through carefully curated tours and authentic encounters, we invite travelers to not just visit Georgia, but to feel at home here, forge meaningful relationships, and leave with stories that last a lifetime.
Our Philosopy

How it all started
Hi, my name is Levan and I am proud to introduce myself as an ambassador of my home country - Georgia. I discovered a passion for traveling long before I was involved in tourism. Since childhood, I have been an explorer, and I have managed to turn my passion into a profession - first by earning a degree in Tourism from Tbilisi State University, and then by finding a job that aligns with my skills and knowledge. Since 2013, I've been a part of a well-established tour company in Tbilisi, where I gained invaluable experience in the tourism industry. However, during my time there, I noticed opportunities to do things differently, and ways to offer more personalized, authentic, and engaging experiences for travelers. This realization inspired me to take a bold step forward and establish my own travel company - Georgian Travel Corp, where I could bring my vision to life and fill that gap in the market.

Tourism is a unique field of the economy that goes beyond all-inclusive resorts and casinos. It’s about exploring new cultures, savoring unfamiliar cuisines, discovering nature’s breathtaking beauty, and most importantly, connecting people from diverse backgrounds to form everlasting bonds.
In Georgian Travel Corp, we categorize our tours into three main branches: Food & Wine, History & Culture, and Hiking & Adventure. Our philosophy of travel is thoughtfully reflected in our logo, which brings together elements of culture and heritage, nature and people, and wine, all embodied in the shape of a traditional Georgian wine-making amphora — Kvevri.
Being located at the crossroads of multiple cultures, Georgia emerges as a socio-economic hub of the region, offering a sea of opportunities for anyone to explore. Having been in the tourism business for more than a decade, we’ve gained valuable insights into this gem of a country and we’re excited to share them with the world. They say Georgians take great pride in their hospitality—and it's true! Whether you're a wine enthusiast, a history nerd, or an adventurer, we got you! Allow us to be your host and invite you to experience “our Georgia”.
